Summary
In this student project, I had 16 weeks to design a dog walking app. I was responsible for all the entire design process. The goal was to discover any issues that might exist in dog walking apps and try to improve on the users pain points.

During user interviews, I discovered that the most common pain point among users was knowing if they were getting trustworthy and dependable care for their dogs.

Features
Verified
Identifying verified and certified users helps establish trust and dependability. The UI, similar to most social media sites, clearly marks legitimate professionals to ensure users can easily recognize them.
Introductions
Introductions allow dog owners to learn about a caregiver on a personal level, giving caregivers a chance to present themselves uniquely. It's like conducting an interview before making a decision.
Weather
Weather conditions play a crucial role in deciding whether to schedule or cancel a walk or playdate at the park for our dog. Inclement weather, such as rain or extreme heat, might prompt us to reschedule outdoor activities to ensure our dog's safety and comfort.
